Below is a presentation of new arrangements that will enable Scandinavian companies, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, to establish business ventures on the Invest-Park Białogard site.
The investor may choose one out of the five options below:
Option A - Purchasing a production facility
Option B - Renting a manufacturing facility
Option C - Renting a manufacturing facility, with the option to purchase after 3, 5 or 10 years of leasing.
We only offer new production facilities with an office and facilities for workers and with all engineering systems and facilities necessary for production, rated to the investor's expectations.
The "Invest-Park Białogard" project has received funding from the local government, enabling us to offer new manufacturing buildings at a low price.
Option D – Rental of production and office space at the Technology Incubator (8,000 sq m).
Option E – Purchasing an investment site.
This is the first stage of a long term investment process. The subsequent stages are: development of the concept for a manufacturing facility, execution of building design and obtaining a building permit, followed by the erection of the manufacturing facility comprising an office and facilities for workers as well as infrastructure (connections, roads, car parking, etc.). The entire process usually takes about 18 months. This process is not only time consuming but also costly.
On the other hand, our Investor Service Bureau will be able to complete the full investment process within 6 to 9 months.
During the implementation of the investment process, we support the investor in recruiting highly qualified personnel, and we offer free recruitment services and training for production employees.
Invest-Park's clients include companies from Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the UK and Poland.
